| The Holiday Season will soon be upon us and, however you choose to spend the time, we extend our warmest wishes from our family to yours for a safe and happy New Year. |
| To mark the milestone of our 40th year in business, we commenced our 40 Years of Giving program to celebrate and honour those who bought our new homes in 2017. This special initiative allowed each new homeowner to have $150 donated on their behalf to a charity chosen by them. Thanks to everyone who joined the Geranium family of homeowners, the following charities received a donation: Alzheimer Society Ontario, Amici Camping Charity, Doctors Without Borders, FoodShare, The George Hull Centre, Homes First, Indspire, the Jane Goodall Institute, Ontario SPCA, Sketch, Special Olympics Ontario, WaterAid Canada. |

| Construction Progresses Steadily at Pace in Stouffville |
| Anyone passing the PACE on Main site, on Stouffville’s Main Street, will clearly see this new condo addition rising above the construction hoarding. Site superintendent Matt Carnegie says the formwork will be completed and window installation underway in January.
