| INGREDIENTS |
1 Mango
½ Golden Pineapple
¼ Honeydew Melon
¼ Cantaloupe Melon
¼ cup Liquid Honey
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice

| DIRECTIONS |
| Soak 8 wooden skewers in water. Peel mango, pineapple and melon; cut into 2.5 cm (1 inch) pieces. Alternately thread fruit onto skewers. In a small bowl combine honey and lemon juice. Heat grill to med-low temp. Grease grill. Place skewers onto grill; close lid and grill; turning twice and brushing with 1/3 of the glaze each time, until tender; about 10 minutes. Remove from grill, brush with remaining glaze. If desired, serve with lemon sorbet and shortbread cookies. |
