Uptownes Model Home Grand Opening<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe suspense is over as we opened the doors to our Uptownes Model homes in Cardinal Point. \u00a0The Grand Opening event was well attended as people were excited to come see what the buzz is all about. \u00a0From cutting edge bold to laid back traditional \u2014 the model homes at UPTOWNES<\/a> showcase hundreds of interior design ideas combining an innovative use of texture, colour, furnishings and finishes with Geranium\u2019s excellent standard features and available upgrade.<\/p>\n

One of the most popular features at Uptownes is the private rooftop terrace which is included in each home,\u00a0perfect for an evening under the stars, sunny afternoons or dining al fresco\u00a0<\/i>with family and friends.<\/p>\n

Neighbourhoods in Bloom<\/span><\/strong>
\nWhat began as a way to assist new\u00a0Cardinal Point<\/a>\u00a0homeowners with starting up their gardens and landscaping, has now blossomed into a much anticipated event for both The Neighbourhoods of Cardinal Point and Verandas at Port Hope<\/a>.\u00a0The past two weekends, we treated new homeowners\u00a0to perennial plants and colourful \u00a0flowers to add to their gardens,\u00a0Terra Greenhouses<\/a>\u00a0were also on hand with advice on planting and after care.<\/p>\n

With purchases in hand, homeowners returned home to plant their new gardens assisted by Geranium staff and using wheelbarrows, shovels and top soil the company provided for the occasion.<\/p>\n

Barbeque In The Park<\/strong><\/span>
\nGeranium’s recipe for a fun-filled afternoon included live music, face painting, kids activities, lots of food and good friends and neighbours! The 7th annual Barbeque In The Park took place September 6th. A wonderful event for all Geranium residents, friends and community neighbours, it was also a chance to help support the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville Food Bank<\/a>.<\/p>\n
