Our communities have grown since 1977, and so have we. The residential landscape has evolved, and we\u2019ve evolved with it. This is the result of keeping to our promise to passionately explore, learn and be at the forefront of new thinking that answers the changing needs of tomorrow.<\/p>\n

Our updated look is one that reflects our continued commitment to excellence and our mantra to work \u201cfrom the ground up\u201d in all aspects of business.

\nThe new slogan \u201cfrom the ground up\u201d represents our commitment to being there with you during every step of the way. From land development and to community design, to the building of your home and after sales service, Geranium is there with you. <\/p>\n

The \u201cG\u201d in our new logo represents the land development and building aspects of our business through the use of arrows. The gray one points to the ground, representing land development. Building up from there, the red arrow points to the sky, representing home building.<\/p>\n
