As a good community partner, Geranium proudly supports and sponsors events in the communities in which we build. And as our communities continue to grow, so does our commitment to supporting the organizations, events and charities that make each community such a wonderful place to live.<\/p>\n

Mayor\u2019s Celebration of Youth Arts in Aurora <\/strong>
\nFebruary 11-March 18, 2023 MCOYA
\nWe are thrilled to continue our long-term support of the Town of Aurora\u2019s Mayor\u2019s Celebration of Youth Arts<\/a> (MCOYA). 2023 was our sixth year sponsoring this wonderful program, created by the Aurora Cultural Centre<\/a> (ACC) in partnership with the town. The exhibition provides an important showcase for new and emerging young artists.<\/p>\n

Celebrating Women<\/strong>
\nMarch 2, 2023, Barrie Chamber of Commerce<\/a>: Women in Business Awards for 2023. An awards luncheon<\/a> that aims to recognize, and honour, the women that lead and succeed in Barrie.
\nMay 11, 2023, Aurora Chamber of Commerce<\/a>: The Women\u2019s Wellness Luncheon was an inspiring afternoon<\/a> with speakers and panelists discussing strategies for empowering and supporting women in the workplace.<\/p>\n

Hello Spring! Aurora<\/strong>
\nApril 8, 2023, Geranium had the pleasure of once again being a sponsor of Aurora<\/a>\u2019s popular Hello Spring. This spring themed outdoor and interactive family fun event includes hopstacle course, flower planting, egg fishing and many other fun activities. Children also enjoyed photos with the Easter Bunny! \nMay 13, 2023 was a paw-sitively perfect day for Pickering\u2019s Pet Festival<\/a>. And dog gone it, we were thrilled to be part of it! A day that brings together pet owners and enthusiasts within our community, and a chance to meet industry professionals, rescue groups, and more.<\/p>\n

\nAnother great event organized by the City of Pickering and PineRidge Arts Council<\/a>. Featuring an artisan market, demonstration, activities, live performance and music.
\nJune 11, 2023 Seniors Big Band Celebration, Pickering
\nJune is Seniors Month, and we enjoyed being part of the celebration with the City of Pickering<\/a>. for the Seniors\u2019 Month Big Band Celebration at the CHD Pickering Recreation Complex; have a look and listen<\/a> to this fun afternoon.
\nJune 30,2023  Brits on The Lake, Port Perry
\nWe had such a great time sponsoring the 2023 Brits On The Lake in historic downtown Port Perry. Have a look at some of the classic British cars along the beautiful shores of Lake Scugog with this video<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\nA day worth celebrating. We were proud to show our support at two Canada Day community events; one in the Town of Aurora<\/a> and another in Pickering<\/a>. What a fantastic way to spend a day of national unity and pride.<\/p>\n

A Geranium Summer<\/strong>
\nJuly-August, 2023 Summer Concert Series, Pickering
\nThe City of Pickering\u2019s Summer Concert Series<\/a> were free for attendees to enjoy on Sundays and Thursdays throughout July and August. A variety of top entertainers covering a variety of music styles including Reggae, Country Rock, Celtic, Bangladeshi Folk, as well as Jazz, Swing, Vintage Pop.
\nThe City of Richmond Hill\u2019s Moonlight Movie Nights<\/a> were a wonderful way to celebrate summer at home. Held on 4 Monday nights in August and September 2023. It was a pleasure to meet so many families who came out to view the children\u2019s new releases and classics for free.
\nSeptember 9, 2023 Markham-Milliken Children\u2019s Festival<\/a>. Thousands of families turned out for this celebration. Everyone had a great time enjoying the entertainment, activities, and games.<\/p>\n

\nSeptember 23, 2023 Applefest, Markham
\nThe perfect way to celebrate the first day of fall.
\nApplefest is a fun fall celebration that took place at the Markham Museum<\/a>. There were demonstrations, exhibitions, rides, games and more in the City of Markham<\/a>.
\nOctober 28, 2023 Aurora\u2019s Haunted Forest
\nHalloween wouldn\u2019t be complete without attending one of Ontario\u2019s Top 100 Festivals and Events – Aurora\u2019s Haunted Forest<\/a>! As the Town Of Aurora transforms Sheppard\u2019s Bush into a spooky Halloween venue for adventure seekers.
\nOctober 28-29, 2023 Scaryfest, Markham
\nWe witnessed Markham Museum<\/a>‘s 25-acre site transform into a ghoulishly grand Halloween town. This family event was a Spooktacular way to celebrate the season.

\nCongratulations to our 2023 Class of Inductees into the Aurora Sports Hall of Fame<\/a> as we celebrated their remarkable achievements at the SOLD OUT 10th Annual Induction Celebration Evening.

\nClarehaven Estates by Geranium proudly presents this year\u2019s Youth Art Show<\/a>.
\nWorks by Pickering artists age 13 to 19 years will be on display at George Ashe LCC from November 13 to 27.<\/p>\n

\nIt\u2019s Christmas market season and Geranium is sponsoring Richmond Hill\u2019s Merry Marketplace<\/a> held from 4pm to 9pm on November 18, 25 and December 2, 9, and 16 at Richmond Green Park.
\nCreate memorable holiday moments, discover the perfect gift, warm up by the fire with a hot drink and enjoy live music.<\/p>\n

November 24-25, 2023 Winter Nights City Lights, Pickering
\nA magical time in Pickering, as we light up Esplanade Park with festive decor and fireworks. The event includes live entertainment, food vendors, new art installations, a market tent and instagram worthy photo ops!
