Allegro in Downtown Aurora

On a rare and unique property, spanning from Yonge Street to Bathurst Street in the beautiful Town of Aurora, Allegro offers families an unparalleled lifestyle. Amid its second phase of construction, with some homes occupied, Allegro is taking shape on a former golf course property. New cul-de-sac streets and 52- and 61-foot lots are woven into a mature and established residential neighbourhood where existing trees reach above the rooftops. Almost half of the property will be preserved as a park and greenspace for residents of Allegro and the broader community to enjoy.

Allegro combines timeless architecture with contemporary new home designs that reflect the way families live today. Layouts offer flexible, open-concept areas as well as private, office or library spaces for today’s work-from-home culture. Designs include 4 and 5-bedroom layouts with 2 and 3-car garages, in two-storey and bungalow-with-loft configurations. Each residence has oversized patio doors opening onto a wonderful, covered loggia overlooking the back mature-treed garden. Thoughtful luxurious options include an elevator and a dog wash/spa. Allegro homes are temporarily sold out. Register here for future releases.
