This summer, construction progress on building sites across Southern Ontario was hampered by the extremely wet weather conditions and PACE on Main was no exception. Matt Carnegie, site superintendent for PACE condominium reports that excavation and forming of the underground parking garage was completed in August. The future streetscape along Main and Lloyd Streets has become more visible with the structure for ground level space and future home of PACE Credit Union taking shape. And, during September crews will be busy completing the concrete pours for the 4th floor and pouring walls and columns from 4th to 5th floors. Today, anyone passing the site will clearly see this new addition to Stouffville’s vibrant Main Street, above the construction hoarding.
