| Despite winter storms and lots of snow in late February and early March, building on our active construction sites has continued. Our construction and service teams have a busy time ahead to complete homes and pre-delivery inspections in preparation for
closing dates. Starting in May and through the balance of 2023, we’ll be welcoming homeowners to Courts of Canterbury in Port Perry, Allegro in Aurora, Midhurst Valley in Springwater (near Barrie) and Asprey Towns in Pickering. |

| Our team has enjoyed connecting with entrepreneurs and business owners in Barrie and Aurora. We were proud to sponsor and attend the Women in Business Awards presented by the Barrie Chamber of Commerce. These awards honour local women who have helped to shape their community. |
| We were so pleased to have such a great turnout from the Aurora Chamber of Commerce’s members to the Business After 5 event we hosted in our Allegro Model Homes. We really enjoyed connecting with these hardworking groups. |
| For a 6th consecutive year, Geranium is the presenting sponsor of the Mayor’s Celebration of Youth Arts (MCOYA) where the public is invited to visit the exhibition of works by Aurora high school students. The exhibit is open online until April 1, 2023. |
