These events offer a variety of activities from farm animals, midway rides, carnival games, food vendors, tractor pulls and demolition derbys, and at some of the larger fairs like The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Toronto, a horse show. |

| This summer has been a busy time on our construction sites as crews take advantage of dry, hot weather. Building activity includes earth works and site servicing in Midhurst Valley as well as construction of two model homes; framing and exterior completions at Courts of Canterbury; building townhouse blocks at Asprey Towns; laying sod and closing homes in Allegro. |

Magical Fairy Tours
In Pickering |
| As part of our ongoing community support and involvement in Pickering, where we are currently building Asprey Towns and have completed Edgewood, we’re proud to sponsor this year’s Pickering Fairy Tour at Pickering Museum. During the months of October and November, this walking tour features an outdoor display of whimsical fairy, elf and gnome dwellings scattered throughout the village and forest. Kids will also love the new life-size Geranium playhouse. Tickets are required for entry. The Tour runs Sundays in October and during afternoons and evenings on November 4, 5, 6, 11 and 12, 2022. |
