THE CITY OF PICKERING has a free daytime event in Esplanade Park, starting at Noon, and an Evening Program in Kinsmen Park starting at 7:00 pm with food trucks, live entertainment, and fireworks.

IN THE TOWN OF AURORA, where Allegro has a new release of lots, Canada Day events take place over two days and include a Dance in the Park on June 30, followed by a Parade and Festivities July 1.

Geranium has now implemented pre-drywall appointments across all our communities to help ensure that the structural changes our homeowners wish to make are considered from the early construction period. Courts of Canterbury At this award-winning adult-lifestyle community in beautiful downtown Port Perry, our construction teams have been actively working on installation of topsoil, sod, and boulevard trees for the completed Phase 1 homes.
