Copperstone takes shape in Ballantrae

The roads and services at Copperstone are almost complete at Geranium Homes’ new enclave of estate homes situated in the beautiful hamlet of Ballantrae. Soon the first of these magnificent residences will be under construction, and this unique cul-de-sac neighbourhood will start to take shape.

Attention to detail will be evident in the trim package for archways and half walls; substantial baseboards and window casings and coffered, tray and waffle ceilings depending upon the home selected. Great rooms are adorned with a natural gas fireplace and a choice of style in elegant plaster mantle and surround.
