GERANIUM ANNOUNCES NEW RELEASE IN STOUFFVILLE

Trails at Cardinal Point

Geranium Homes will soon begin sales for a new neighbourhood of dazzling home designs in Trails at Cardinal Point in Stouffville. The latest phase of the company’s award-winning Neighbourhoods of Cardinal Point, Trails will offer fabulous freehold townhomes plus original detached layouts on 38- and 42-foot lots set alongside a preserved natural ravine that stretches almost 30 acres.

Based on the highly popular designs of earlier sold out phases in Cardinal Point, buyers will have a choice of models ranging in size from 1,467 to 1,958 sq. ft., priced from the low $500,000s. Every townhome offers a well-designed kitchen/breakfast area, a spacious great room, two-and-a-half bathrooms plus three bedrooms and laundry on the second floor. Attractive exteriors will enhance neighbourhood streetscapes and many homes will also feature a covered front porch and second floor balcony.

Following the opening of the townhomes, Geranium will release the Trails’ collection of brand new detached home designs featuring open-concept main floors. “These single family homes are perfect for everyday life,” says Stephanie Lane, marketing and sales manager. “Ten-foot main floor ceiling heights, expansive windows and highly desirable basement walkouts will bring the outdoors in!” she adds.

Homes built with Geranium Green Plus exacting construction standards and materials will result in high energy efficiency. In addition, Trails residences will include desirable interior finishes providing even more value to purchasers.

A few minutes’ walk from Trails is a large park, which has become a popular gathering place for residents and is the location for Geranium’s annual Community Barbecue for residents. This event is also the start of the

company’s Fall Food Drive supporting Whitchurch-Stouffville Food Bank, which has raised nearly $46,000 and provided tons of donated food in eight years.

Trails’ owners will appreciate living close to Stouffville’s vibrant Main Street with GO Train services, shops, restaurants along with numerous annual events. The location is also close to golf courses, Highways 404 and 407, and just 10 minutes north of Markham.
