June 2025 Update:
Phases 1 and 2 are now complete, and homeowners are settling in, enjoying their new homes, and discovering first-hand the joys of life in this exceptional neighbourhood, surrounded by mature trees and endless amenities. This summer, the Town of Aurora will assume maintenance of Phase 1, marking another milestone in the neighbourhood’s ongoing growth.
Phase 2 – Allegro
Phase 3 is nearing completion, with homes taking shape along quiet cul-de-sacs and charming single-loaded streets that back onto green space. Landscaping begins this summer, adding to the natural beauty of the neighbourhood. With walking trails just steps from every home, Allegro offers a rare blend of privacy, nature, and refined living, all in the heart of Aurora.

Construction in Phase 4 of Allegro in Aurora is progressing well, thanks to the beautiful summer weather. Homes are at various stages, from bricking to interior finishing, with many now nearing completion. Landscaping is expected to begin this fall, adding the final touches to this thoughtfully designed community.

Keep an eye out for Phase 5, Allegro’s final release and grand finale. Municipal servicing is now complete on these beautiful lots, which will feature some of the community’s most spectacular homes. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.

June 2024 Update:
Most homes in Phase 2 are now complete and families are enjoying their new spaces. Concrete curbs and sidewalks are nearing completion with road resurfacing set to commence in mid-July.
Meanwhile in Phase 3, masonry crews are making excellent progress on bricking exteriors. Sold homes in this phase are at various stages, some in the process of rough-in plumbing, electrical and HVAC while others are starting to get drywalled.
Allegro continues to grow, with construction of sold homes in Phase 4 set to begin as soon as building permits are available this summer.
An excellent selection of lots remains in Phases 3 and 4.
