We’re thrilled to share an update on the construction progress at Clarehaven Estates. Situated in North Pickering in the picturesque hamlet of Claremont, Clarehaven offers stunning bungalows, bungalow-lofts, and two-storey homes on spacious lots up to one acre.

November 2025 Update:

Our final construction update of the year is here, and Clarehaven Estates is really beginning to take shape. As the colder months arrive and we wrap up 2025, you can truly see how far the community has come.

Sidewalk and top curb installations are now complete in the areas where upcoming home closings are scheduled. Construction of the Brock Road berm is actively underway. Temporary erosion-control measures remain in place and are being carefully monitored and maintained.

Foundations are scheduled for completion early December, and many homes are progressing through framing, interior work, or final finishing. This month, we’re thrilled to welcome our first families home and the momentum continues, with more moving in throughout 2026 as additional homes are completed.

We’ve begun planting street trees to brighten the neighbourhood and will ramp up the planting in spring. We’re also continuing work on the perimeter fencing; small details that add a welcoming feel once the homes are finished.
As the community takes shape, one of the first things people notice is the incredible lot sizes, a big part of what makes Clarehaven feel so special from the moment you arrive.

Looking ahead, the community park is scheduled to begin construction in spring/summer 2026. This future green space will become a popular hub for relaxing, playing, and connecting with neighbours.

Clarehaven Estates is truly growing into a vibrant, welcoming community.
