A Leader in Water Conservation
We’re proud to be Ontario’s first residential builder to introduce greywater recovery systems in a large-scale development. At our Edgewood community in Pickering, every home included a complete greywater system, a pioneering step that earned us a Sustainability Award from the City of Pickering.
Today, greywater rough-ins come standard in all Geranium communities, helping homeowners reuse water efficiently and reduce environmental impact.

In communities like Friday Harbour and Allegro, we’ve taken deliberate action to:
o Re-naturalize stream systems in collaboration with municipalities and naturalists
o Save hundreds of mature trees
o Create more park space than required
o Plant thousands of new trees
o Protect local wildlife, including habitats for fish and turtles
These same principles are considered when looking at new site plans and upcoming developments, including Courts of King’s Bay in Port Perry and Belwood Estates in the Fergus/Elora area.
