Meet the Geranium Sales Team


     They say you never get a second chance to make a good first impression. That’s why we are so fortunate to have such friendly, helpful experts in our Sales Centres. And getting to know the Sales Representatives is a crucial part of building a successful relationship and helping families achieve their home ownership goals. With June being National Home Ownership month, we thought it would be a good time for you to get to know the Geranium Sales Team that is dedicated to making you feel at home.

Ray Keshen, Allegro Aurora
     Ray has been with the company for 22 years. As a new home sales representative, he enjoys every aspect of helping people find their dream home. Providing guidance and support throughout the home buying process, Ray has a positive impact on the people he meets. “It’s incredibly satisfying to see the joy on their faces when they find the home that fits their needs and lifestyle.”
     When he’s not working Ray loves spending time with his grandchildren, and cherishes the opportunity to watch them grow, discover and learn. Travelling is another passion, whether it’s a weekend getaway or a longer trip abroad, Ray enjoys exploring new places and experiencing different cultures. We can’t forget that Ray is also a big sports fan. Hockey, basketball, football or baseball, you’ll find Ray close by cheering his favourite teams.
     As a sales representative, Ray stays up to date on the latest trends and innovations in home design, technology, and building materials. This allows him to provide clients with the most current information and options available. “It’s a privilege to be part of such an important decision in their lives, and I take great pride in being a trusted advisor throughout the process.”

Shirley Ngai, Allegro Aurora
     Shirley has been part of Geranium’s sales team since 2017. Her favourite part of helping purchasers choose the right home is connecting with them after they’ve moved in, when they tell her what a great house they have. “Seeing these families make their house a home and grow with the community is such a great reward.”
     When it comes to home buying, Shirley advises clients to rely on her experience and insight when navigating the sales process. Don’t be afraid to ask questions – lots of questions.
     In her spare time Shirley enjoys yoga, gardening, cooking and of course playing with her dog Oliver. An evening out could be bowling, going for a hike or enjoying dinner with family and friends.

David Janetta, Midhurst Valley
     David has been with Geranium since 2020. What he loves most about being a sales person is guiding potential buyers through the process from start to finish. “It’s very exciting, there’s a sense of fulfillment when I help families find the home of their dreams.”
     The Midhurst Valley Phase 1 grand opening was a memorable experience for David. Seeing a new community emerge from the land and the excitement from all the families who purchased, was a very rewarding experience.
     In his spare time David enjoys cooking and spending time with his family. A self-proclaimed BBQ Master, David loves cooking when he’s home, but most of all he enjoys spending quality time with his family. In the summer you’ll find David playing softball, and taking the family up to the cottage.
