You may have noticed a few changes here at Geranium. We’re entering our fourth decade and we’re excited to be celebrating our biggest year yet. We have exciting things coming up in 2017; one of the biggest is our new look.
Our communities have grown since 1977, and so have we. The residential landscape has evolved, and we’ve evolved with it. This is the result of keeping to our promise to passionately explore, learn and be at the forefront of new thinking that answers the changing needs of tomorrow.
Our updated look is one that reflects our continued commitment to excellence and our mantra to work “from the ground up” in all aspects of business.
Here’s how.:
The new slogan “from the ground up” represents our commitment to being there with you during every step of the way. From land development and to community design, to the building of your home and after sales service, Geranium is there with you.
The “G” in our new logo represents the land development and building aspects of our business through the use of arrows. The gray one points to the ground, representing land development. Building up from there, the red arrow points to the sky, representing home building.
We promise to continue building strong, long-lasting relationships with you, and to build you a home of lasting value, and in a community to be proud of.
