In a year in which Geranium Homes continued to grow, welcoming almost 200 new home buyers to our communities, 2013 proved to be a year to celebrate. As one of Ontario’s most successful homebuilders for more than 3 decades, Geranium Homes focuses on the future by approaching each new project with a fresh perspective.
“We are always looking to improve on earlier successes,” says Boaz Feiner, President Geranium Housing Division. “Our desire to create the most liveable new home communities available in each municipality in which we build, ensures we are always raising the bar for our purchasers.”
Today, our ever expanding portfolio of communities include Cardinal Point in Stouffville, The Village at Sally Creek in Woodstock, Forest Trail Estates as well as Copperstone in Ballantrae, The Verandas of Port Hope and a selection of new and exciting developments coming soon.
Now in 2014 Geranium Homes continues to do what we do best: creating extremely desirable neighbourhoods and building homes with the highest level of design innovation, care and craftsmanship.
Here’s a look at our newest communities:
Launched in September 2013, UpTownes at Cardinal Point is a blend of old and new. A loving balance between the best of classic fashion district architecture and modern design features combined with an infusion of state of-the-art finishes. The result is an intimate collection of exceptional townhome residences inspired by today’s popular downtown warehouse loft conversions, which effortlessly blend into the landscape of this “up-town” Stouffville location. Every townhome at Uptownes features a private rooftop terrace offering a breathtaking view of this wonderfully established, constantly evolving community.
Also in September, Geranium started the pre-construction sales for the 18 manor homes of Copperstone, a unique cul-de-sac community in the hamlet of Ballantrae. Copperstone is bordered by mature trees and nestled off Lakeshore Road, just east of Highway 48 and a stone’s throw from the almost completed Forest Trail Estates. This will be an exclusive enclave of manor homes each set on an estate lot of approximately half an acre. Located a short walk to Musselman’s Lake, one of the area’s scenic kettle lakes, the site is also minutes to golf courses, equestrian centres and the urban amenities found in Aurora and Stouffville.
The vision for Friday Harbour continues to evolve in this one-of-a-kind lakeside setting on the shores of Lake Simcoe in Innisfil. This meticulously planned four-season resort development is the fruition of 10 years of detailed planning. Friday Harbour encompasses 600 acres and features an inland destination marina; a year-round Lake Club; waterfront pedestrian Marina Village; 18-hole Doug Carrick-designed championship golf course; a 200- acre pristine nature preserve and a variety of four season resort homes to suit many lifestyles and budgets.
Coming soon to the heart of downtown Stouffville, Pace on Main will be a boutique-inspired luxury condominium. This five-storey mid rise with feature an array of shoppes on the main level and four storeys of lavish residential condominium suites. The site enjoys one of the best locations in town with walking access to endless amenities including downtowns’ finest eateries, shops and boutiques as well as the GO Train for quick convenient commuting.
