In a year in which Geranium Homes continued to grow, welcoming almost 200 new home buyers to our communities, 2013 proved to be a year to celebrate. Launched in September 2013, UpTownes at Cardinal Point is a blend of old and new. Also in September, Geranium started the pre-construction sales for the 18 manor homes of Copperstone, a unique cul-de-sac community in the hamlet of Ballantrae. Copperstone is bordered by mature trees and nestled off Lakeshore Road, just east of Highway 48 and a stone’s throw from the almost completed Forest Trail Estates.
