What an exciting time for Geranium Homes – September has been quite a busy month. We’ve got so much happening in many of our communities, I’m not sure where to start!
Uptownes Model Home Grand Opening
The suspense is over as we opened the doors to our Uptownes Model homes in Cardinal Point. The Grand Opening event was well attended as people were excited to come see what the buzz is all about. From cutting edge bold to laid back traditional — the model homes at UPTOWNES showcase hundreds of interior design ideas combining an innovative use of texture, colour, furnishings and finishes with Geranium’s excellent standard features and available upgrade.
One of the most popular features at Uptownes is the private rooftop terrace which is included in each home, perfect for an evening under the stars, sunny afternoons or dining al fresco with family and friends.
The Grand Opening coincided with the launch of our Uptownes website. The site features an interactive component for you to walk through the model homes through videos and the opportunity to find out more about the furnishings and accents with connections to Pinterest. These loft-inspired condo towns two bedroom designs start at $379,900. Click here for directions and sales centre hours.
Neighbourhoods in Bloom
What began as a way to assist new Cardinal Point homeowners with starting up their gardens and landscaping, has now blossomed into a much anticipated event for both The Neighbourhoods of Cardinal Point and Verandas at Port Hope. The past two weekends, we treated new homeowners to perennial plants and colourful flowers to add to their gardens, Terra Greenhouses were also on hand with advice on planting and after care.
With purchases in hand, homeowners returned home to plant their new gardens assisted by Geranium staff and using wheelbarrows, shovels and top soil the company provided for the occasion.
Barbeque In The Park
Geranium’s recipe for a fun-filled afternoon included live music, face painting, kids activities, lots of food and good friends and neighbours! The 7th annual Barbeque In The Park took place September 6th. A wonderful event for all Geranium residents, friends and community neighbours, it was also a chance to help support the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville Food Bank.
“The event generates a sense of community,” explains Sue Webb-Smith, Marketing Director for Geranium Homes, “it gives new residents and their families an opportunity to meet their neighbours and enjoy a truly memorable afternoon.”
Copperstone Community almost Sold Out
And finally, more exciting news for Geranium as Copperstone continues to create a buzz in new home sales. With only two lots left in this exclusive enclave of manor homes, the opportunity to live in the jewel of Ballantrae is almost gone.
The attraction of these bungalow lofts and two storey manor homes include oversized lots in an exclusive cul-de-sac neighbourhood. You’ll find all the information about this exciting community here.
As you can see, it’s been a busy September and the month isn’t over yet!
